IGP Wines “La Nouvelle Vallée”

Our wines are selected from plots facing south, on chalky soils with a good balance between acidity and sugar.

They are conscientiously developped by us in the purest tradition.

• The white IGP Pays d´oc wine, made from Chardonnay, expresses aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with touches of brioche. This wine is very suitable as an aperitif, and will sublimate your fish and white meats during a meal.

• The Rosé IGP Méditerranée, made from Caladoc and Cinsault grape varieties, is both delicious and fresh, revealing both floral and fruity notes. This wine is to be drunk with raw vegetables, grilled meats or even Asian cuisine.

• The IGP Pays d’Oc Rouge, obtained from Merlot and Caladoc, has a pretty deep red color. A well-balanced red with fruity aromas, the ideal companion for your platters of cold meats and cheeses.
